What we service and what we don't.

NoteServ focuses exclusively on private agreements. We do not service any loan secured by a recorded mortgage or deed of trust on a primary residence.

How Servicing Works

What happens after you engage NoteServ.

Every account follows the same structured onboarding process to make sure balances, terms, and payment schedules are correct before the first payment is processed.

Submit your intake

Complete the intake form with agreement details, note terms, and contact information. Upload the promissory note, agreement, or other supporting documents through the secure form. If documents aren't available immediately, they can be provided later.

Account review and onboarding

We review the agreement to confirm the payment schedule, outstanding balance, interest terms, and any impound or escrow requirements. The account is configured in the servicing platform and the borrower portal is set up.

Borrower notification and ACH setup

The borrower receives access to the secure payment portal. If ACH autopay is selected, enrollment is completed before the first payment cycle. Both parties receive confirmation when the account is active.

Ongoing payment processing and reporting

Payments are processed according to the agreement schedule. The note holder receives payment confirmations, and both parties have access to ledger history, statements, and year-end interest summaries. Delinquency monitoring and follow-up are included in Tier 2 and above.
