NoteServ charges a flat monthly servicing fee per note. No platform fees. No hidden costs. Choose the tier that matches the complexity of each agreement.
The servicing fee is added to the borrower's payment.
The monthly servicing fee is added on top of the borrower's contractual payment. NoteServ collects the full amount, applies the borrower's payment to their account, and retains the servicing fee.

Who pays the servicing fee (buyer, seller, or split) is determined by the agreement between the parties. NoteServ can allocate the fee according to your contract terms.

Every tier builds on the one before it. ACH autopay earns a discounted rate on Tier 2 and Tier 3 because automated payments reduce administrative overhead.
Basic Servicing
ACH autopay required. Best for loans that remain current and require minimal intervention.

HOA invoices must be submitted through the portal for scheduling. NoteServ cannot actively request invoices from associations.
Account setup fees.
Every new account goes through a structured onboarding process. Each note is reviewed and configured to make sure payment schedules, balances, and documentation are correct from day one.

How borrowers make payments.
Preferred ACH Autopay
Automatically processed according to the payment schedule. Most reliable and cost-efficient option. Accounts with ACH autopay receive discounted servicing rates on Tier 2 and Tier 3.
Borrower Payment Portal
Secure online portal for debit card payments. Available to all borrowers with an active account. Payments are posted according to processing timelines.
Mailed Check
Check payments processed through the NoteServ payment processing center. Payments credited based on the date received and processed. Weekend and holiday payments post the next business day.
Wire Transfer
Available for payoffs or large transactions. Contact NoteServ for wire instructions. Wire transfers are not used for standard monthly payments.
Administrative policies.
To maintain accurate records and fair servicing for all parties, NoteServ follows standard administrative policies.
- ● Returned ACH or check payments may incur a $30 administrative processing fee.
- ● Payments are applied according to the terms of the underlying agreement. NoteServ processes and records payments but does not alter contractual obligations.
- ● Accounts with repeated returned payments may require ACH-only payments or additional verification.
- ● Extensive account research requests, reconstruction of historical records, or special reporting may incur an administrative service fee.
- ● Payments are credited based on the date received and processed. Payments after daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays post the next business day.
